I am a Programme Manager for AI & Digital Transformation with 6+ years across analytics, engineering and AI product delivery. I currently lead enterprise AI initiatives at VLCC Healthcare, connecting computer vision, generative AI, workforce platforms and business intelligence to measurable operational outcomes.

02 — What I build

I design and ship production AI systems—LLM applications and RAG, predictive ML pipelines, real-time computer vision analytics, and end-to-end AI product platforms. My work spans solution architecture, technical planning, and taking proofs of concept through to reliable deployment.

I work at the intersection of product, engineering and stakeholders. I translate ambiguous business requirements into clear technical goals, align cross-functional teams, and keep delivery focused on adoption, performance and business impact—not demos that never leave the lab.

Across roles I have helped deliver multi-location vision analytics, AI workforce and field systems, local privacy-focused assistants, and SAP-connected analytics that reduce manual reporting effort for decision-makers.
