Overview

FUSION is an AI-powered file utility that turns unstructured documents into searchable, summarised intelligence. It combines OCR, document understanding, summarisation and smart navigation so teams can find answers inside files instead of hunting through folders.

Problem

Teams waste time searching across PDFs, scans and mixed file formats. Manual reading does not scale, and basic search fails on scanned documents or long unstructured content.

Research and requirements

The product needed reliable OCR for scanned and photographed documents, summarisation that preserves key facts, and navigation that lets users jump from overview to source evidence quickly.

Architecture

Files are ingested through a processing pipeline for OCR and text extraction, then indexed for retrieval. Summarisation and question-answering layers sit on top of the document store, with a navigation UI that links insights back to source pages and sections.
