Overview

Geonexis is a multi-platform SaaS system for field workforce management and sales execution. It combines GPS attendance, facial verification, meeting intelligence and manager analytics into one operational platform for iOS, Android and web.

Problem

Field teams needed a reliable way to verify attendance, track beat execution, capture meeting context and give managers real-time visibility — without forcing disconnected tools or fragile offline workflows.

Requirements spanned multi-tenant SaaS architecture, biometric verification, location integrity, multilingual speech processing, offline synchronisation and executive dashboards for operational leadership.

Architecture

Mobile and web clients communicate through a FastAPI gateway. Face verification, transcription and analytics services run as modular AI capabilities backed by PostgreSQL, WebSockets and AWS infrastructure.
